Renovations Underway at McCreless Branch Library

Contact-Free Pickup is available with adjusted hours

SAN ANTONIO (November 9, 2020) — McCreless Branch Library renovations are currently underway as part of the City of San Antonio's 2017-2022 Bond Program. The renovations began on November 4, 2020 and will continue until March 2021. Contact-Free Pickup service for holds at McCreless is ongoing with adjusted hours. Book drops remain open and public outdoor Wi-Fi is available during regularly scheduled hours from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Computers are not available during the renovation. 

 

Improvements to McCreless  

  • Enhanced space for children and teens  
  • New technology for meetings and programs  
  • Updated furniture and equipment  
  • Much more!  

 

During these renovations, Contact-Free Pickup is available at the following times:  

  • Tuesday 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.   
  • Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
