ZAP! ZOOM! BOOM! San Antonio Public Library to host first virtual, all-ages, Pop Madness event this weekend!

SAN ANTONIO (February 26, 2021) – The San Antonio Public Library (SAPL) invites the public to attend Pop Madness, an online celebration of literary, cinematic, and artistic geekdom this Saturday, February 27 – Sunday, February 28! All ages are welcome to take part in this two-day event featuring live panels with acclaimed children’s author Kate DiCamillo, award-winning fantasy novelist Martha Wells, and actor, author and San Antonio native, Henry Thomas!  
 

Formerly known as Pop Con, Pop Madness aims to bring a comic con atmosphere to library patrons. Along with live panels, this event will also include karaoke, eSports, virtual escape rooms, a cosplay contest, a Take-and-Make kit available through Contact-Free Pickup at all library locations, and more.
